I'm Tierra Howard, Principal Broker and Co-Owner of Howard Homes 4 You, a locally owned real estate brokerage in the heart of downtown Flint, Michigan.

I became a licensed REALTOR® in March 2017, but my passion for helping people goes back much further. Before real estate, my background included property and office management as well as serving as a program director for childcare centers. Each chapter of my career has had one thing in common: people.

Today, I have the privilege of helping buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Michigan. I've represented properties ranging from $10,000 to nearly $1 million, and I truly believe there is a place in real estate for everyone - whether you're buying your very first home, selling a longtime family home, building an investment portfolio, or simply trying to figure out where to begin.

What began with just my husband and I has quickly grown into an incredible team of 18 real estate professionals. In approximately three and a half years, Howard Homes 4 You has grown to become the largest boutique real estate brokerage in the City of Flint by agent count and the second largest overall, including both independent and franchise brokerages. We are incredibly proud to have built a locally owned and operated brokerage that continues to grow while remaining deeply rooted in the Flint community.

At Howard Homes 4 You, we are passionate about educating REALTORS® and providing the guidance and support they need to succeed in this industry. I believe in maintaining open communication, being accessible to our agents, and creating an environment where they can continue to learn, grow, and build successful careers.

But what I'm most passionate about is education and homeownership.

I love teaching people what it takes to become homeowners, especially those who may believe owning a home is out of reach. I regularly participate in homebuyer seminars, classes, and community events because I want people to understand that homeownership is more than having a place to live. It can create stability, build wealth, provide opportunities for future generations, and truly change lives.

Community is at the heart of what my husband and I do. Flint is not just where our office is located - it's a community we believe in. We want to see families thrive, businesses grow, neighborhoods strengthened, and more people understand the opportunities that real estate can provide.

When I'm not wearing my broker hat, I'm a wife and mom. My husband and I have been married for 18 years, and we have raised three children. I love spending time with my family, traveling, and making memories together.

We have big dreams for Howard Homes 4 You. Over the next five years and beyond, our vision is to continue growing our brokerage, expand our commercial real estate investments, invest back into our community, and build something that will have an impact long after us.

For me, this has never been just about real estate. It's about people. It's about community. It's about education. And it's about helping people use real estate and homeownership to build a better future.
